Corporate Account Manager / Business Development Manager

ALENU IT Business Solutions focuses on integrated business technologies and other supplementary solutions based on the Microsoft and SAP platforms to integrate and transform the clients’ technical environments to one common system that can address our clients’ issues.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate or
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
• Minimum 2 years ERP/CRM Sales & Marketing experience for Corporate Account Manager
• Minimum 1 year ERP/CRM Sales & Marketing experience for Corporate Account Executive
• Required language(s): English
• Optional language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL or Singapore and is willing to travel locally or overseas
• Applicants should be Malaysian or Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Knowledge in ERP, CRM – Brands like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One or other related products is a plus.

PreSales – ERP / Business Consultant / Application Consultant

Qualification:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy / Business Admin / Computer Science / Information Systems, Manufacturing / Production
• At least 1 year of related working experience in a project management role.
• At least 1 year Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision or SAP Business One.

Other requirements :

• Knowledge of ERP Consultancy & Implementation is required.
• Accountancy inclined, with a CPA and other certification advantages.
• Finance candidates with ERP Consulting roles will be considered.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Should possess very good communication and presentation skills
• Have to be initiative and be able to work independently, as a team member and under supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide functional consultancy on Microsoft Dynamics Navision & SAP Business One applications
• Providing presales support to sales team
• Involve in pre-sales activities and post sales technical support on Total System Management Solution
• Perform product evaluation and actual implementation pertaining to customer’s requirements
• Participate in implementation projects providing consulting services to conduct product training to customers
• Carry out product testing and generate product documentation as and when required
• Product Training & Certification will be provided
• Travel – 30%
