Designer (Corporate Communications Dept)

Responsibilities:

* Conceptualise, design and product marketing communication materials required (brochures, presentations, event design, newsletters, corporate gifts, packaging across all formats etc) in accordance to brand guidelines
* Ensure divisions supported adhere to branding guidelines, to provide assistance/guidance and support where required
* Provide resources (eg. photos, templates) and training to divisions for presentations
* Communicate standards and design guidelines to the relevant external parties, such as vendors, and sponsors to safeguard the organization’s interests
* Guide and supervise assigned clerical staff to ensure that delegated accountabilities/activities are effectively executed in line with goals and targets

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree holder with 2 years relevant work experience and FA knowledge preferred
* Recent graduates may apply
* Candidate with experience working in an advertising or design house an advantage
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Pagemaker, Adobe InDesign, QuarkXpress, Chinese Software, Macromedia Flash, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks, Macromedia Director, Sony Sound Forge, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, MS Office
* Proficient in English with a credit in Chinese
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Candidate with production knowledge will also be a plus
* Work hours: 8.30am-6pm (5-day)
* Salary range: $1600-$2500
