As an Executive Team Leader – Logistics, you’ll ensure Target merchandise is replenished promptly and accurately, so our guests receive the outstanding selection they expect.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- 4-year college degree
- Two or more years of retail merchandising and operations management experience
- Supervisor level experienceAbility to operate store computer and electronic systems
- Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, reports, policies and procedures
- Proven conflict management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
