Purpose

As an Executive Team Leader – Logistics, you’ll ensure Target merchandise is replenished promptly and accurately, so our guests receive the outstanding selection they expect.

  • Managing receiving processes, freight flow and replenishment transition, productivity results and backroom inventory

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Two or more years of retail merchandising and operations management experience
  • Supervisor level experienceAbility to operate store computer and electronic systems
  • Ability to read and understand labels, instructions, reports, policies and procedures
  • Proven conflict management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
